Want a traditional approach to digital color? Use the Classic Color Picker with Hue / Saturation / Brightness sliders.

Choose a Color

On the right hand side of the top menu, you’ll see the Active Color. Tap to open the Color Panel, then tap the ‘Classic’ tab at the bottom of the popover. Procreate Pocket will remember your preference in future.

Classic Color will be familiar to veterans of digital art.

Adjust the saturation and brightness of your color. Do this by moving the reticle around the rectangular color field. To change hue, use the first of the sliders below.

Adjust your color choice using the HSB sliders.

The first slider adjusts hue, the second saturation, and the third brightness.

The rectangles top right above the Color Disc display your primary and secondary colors.

Once you’re happy with your chosen color, tap Done.
