Automatic Selection
Found in the Select tool in Draw & Paint when working in a Drawing or Flipbook, Automatic Selection allows you to tap on a color to automatically select that color and similar ones that border it:
As you tap with your Apple Pencil or finger to make the selection, continue holding down and pan right to select more colors, and drag left to be more precise with your color-based selection.

Reverse Keyframes
Tap and hold on a piece of content and select 'Reverse keyframes' to flip the position of all keyframes for that content, with the center of the content acting as the flip point.
Use Multi-select to highlight a set of keyframes, then tap and hold on any and select 'Reverse keyframes' to mirror them all within the bounds of that selection. The flipping point will be the center of your selection.

Separate Audio and Video
Split out the audio from an imported video with this function. Tap and hold on video content and select 'Separate audio and video' to send the audio from the video to an independent track above it.
If you choose this option while you have selected multiple videos with Multi-select, each video will split its audio out to a new track above it.

Transform Nudge
Precisely push your content by when using Transform in Draw & Paint. Tap outside of the bounding box of your content to push it by one pixel towards the location of your tap.

Snapping in Compose Mode
When working in Compose mode to organise your content on the Stage, hold another finger down to enable Snapping. You can easily align things to the center or the quadrants of the Stage, and you can rotate in precise 15º increments.
Remember that modifying content in Compose mode does not affect keyframes, which can be really useful for adjusting composition of your movie elements without affecting their animated properties.

Advanced Warp Mesh
Activate a more detailed grid for warping, allowing you more control over which aspects of your content you want to skew and reshape.

Additive and Multichannel Noise
When using the Noise filter in Draw & Paint, opt to have it additively applied to the content, locking itself to the pixels and blending with them. Having this option off allows you to apply noise to the entire paintable area of your layer or selection.
Multichannel noise generates a noise pattern that is multicolored instead of being monochromatic.
