I can’t find Procreate in my App Store purchases
If you purchased Procreate from the App Store and have no access after the transaction, we recommend trying the following steps.
Search for Procreate within the Purchased section of App Store
Open App Store.
Navigate to your Apple ID in the top right.
Open Purchased and select My Purchases.
Search for Procreate in All and Not on this iPad.
If you locate Procreate in your purchase list, tap the cloud download icon to the right and the app will start downloading to your iPad.
Additional troubleshooting
Check you are signed into the Apple ID you originally used to purchase the app.
If you have Family Sharing, try removing and then adding the Apple ID of the family member who purchased Procreate.
Check your internet connection.
