Adjustment filters enable you to change parts of your image content when working in Draw & Paint mode.
To activate a Filter, tap on the Filters button at the top and then select from the drop down menu.
With all filters except HSB, adjust the intensity of the effect by sliding from left to right across the canvas. Tap anywhere on the canvas to bring up a menu that will allow you to:
Apply - finalize the changes you've made with this filter
Undo - revert your most recent change to any values of the filter
Reset - revert all filter values to default
Cancel - discard any changes and return to Draw & Paint
Preview - tapping and holding this will show you your content from before the changes you've been making
Adjust the color, depth, and vibrancy of your content.
Shift all the color values of your selected content left and right on the Hue slider to change their relative hues based on their original values.
Adjust how saturated the colors of your content are. Left is less saturated, right is more saturated.
Pull this slider all the way to the left and don't adjust any others to quickly change your content to grayscale.
Adjust how bright your selected content is. Left is less bright, right is more bright. 0% will set your content to be pure black, 100% will set your content to be pure white.
Add a blur to your content that simulates the blur of a camera lens.
Adjust the brightness value applied to the blurring effect. Raising this will produce 'bloom' effects.
Adjust the contrast value fed into the blur filter. Higher values will produce greater blur effects around intersecting colors.
Add a blur to your content using a Gaussian function.
Add different types of Noise to your content to generate interesting textures and patterns.
Select from three different types of noise generation:
Clouds produces a standard noise pattern
Billows produces an inverted and outlined style
Ridges retains the outlines and further changes the opposing values
These sliders dictate how your noise pattern is generated:
Scale - the zoom level of your noise pattern. Increase this to make your noise pattern larger and more obvious
Octaves - the amount of concurrent generations on the pattern. Increase this to produce more generated lines and shape interactions
Turbulence - Controls the flow of the noise pattern. Shift these values to produce more random shapes and the feeling of movement
Sharpen the edges of your content. Will have a more prominent effect on the edges of your content, especially if they are high-contrast.
