You can add Procreate brushes and Adobe® Photoshop® brushes to your Brush Library in two ways:
Open the Brushes interface by tapping twice on paint, smudge, or erase when a canvas is open, then tap the plus button at the top of Brushes. In here, tap Import from Files. Navigate to and select the brush you'd like to import. Individual brushes will appear in an 'Imported' set at the top of your current brush library.
You can also import brush sets (.brushset files) this way.
If you have a .brush, .brushset, .brushlibrary or .ABR file in the Files app, tap it and it should import directly into Procreate Pocket. You may have to in some cases tap and hold it, then select Share → Pocket.
Your new brush will import into a specially created folder called Imported. If you import a brush set, this will appear at the top of your current brush library. An imported brush library will appear first in your brush libraries list when you pinch out the Brushes view.
